Starting from a Finance background (studies and experiences) for about 6 years in EY, I moved to the Human Resources area 10 years ago where i was able to leverage my competencies as well as building new ones.
I completed my studies during this period at the French university with an HR Diploma.
During this period of time, i have been able to learn a lot in several areas such as change management, organizational changes implementation, management, and facilitation of contents.
I am now currently working in a large international and very diverse environment that creates great opportunities to learn more on how other countries operate, leverage shared practice, and implement changes
