    2014 - 2014 Being in charge in the Photography Department to coordinate Wimdu free pictures Service according to a USP project. In charge of 35 photographers to photograph thousands of properties in London, Amsterdam and Paris.
    Activities included: Hiring process, training, resolving photographers issues, invoices, check pictures quality, implementing new policies and procedures. Building new processes according to a new strategy: guidelines, communication with photographers, quality approved pictures, communication with other Departments (Finance, Public Relation, Country Management).
  • Wimdu - Account Manager – Region Management France-Benelux

    2014 - 2014 Build a long-term relationship with key account customers in France - Benelux region. Working in a results-oriented manner, and consulting customers about Wimdu products and insuring highest regional inventory quality.
    Activities included: Fully responsible for the expansion and evolution of the market in France-Benelux. Increase and find new supply quality leads on B2C offers. Daily transactions calls, daily report, achieve high standards and KPI targets, developing new actions to increase sales and revenues. Participate to USP and NPS Projects (i.e. increase conversion rate of online properties). Building new processes in coordination to implement a new company strategy (referent, leader and trainer for new members).
    Additional projects: Photography department (hiring process, contracts, planning); Legal (contracts); Translations and Editor (emailing). Taking care of incoming customer requests. Helping customers to better understand Wimdu system and make the best use of it.
