► Training:
• Created from scratch the training plan 2012-2013 by interviewing 20 managers to consolidate needs and deployed the training plan for 850 employees according to a budget of 400 000$.
• Followed up training and collected feedbacks by phone.
• Created a call for tender to find a new english organisms for 95 employees with a budget of 25 000$.
• Managed the training plan for temporary workers (220 employees): 2 trainings a week.
► Recruitment:
• Recruited over 200 temporary workers for different positions (processing agent, mechanical technician, engineer, sales manager, accountant, supply chain operator, storekeeper…).
• Communicated with placement agencies (5 agencies), verified contracts, invoices and checked payroll schedules every week for 220 temporary workers.
• Followed up temporary workers about their requests, blames and questions.
• Organised job-dating for intern recruitment and temporary workers (twice a year).

► Recruitment process (permanent and temporary positions):
• Interviewed over 250 candidates for different positions: plumber, processing agent, storekeeper, engineer, insurance manager, waitress, seller, baker, mechanic, administrative assistant…
• Supervised tests of job-seekers to complete candidates database and sent it to our customers.
• Checked references by phone and e-mail, anticipated needs of our clients by sending potential candidates.
► Training: maintained temporary staff loyalty by developing their skills (detection of training needs, organisation of safety meetings…).
► Business development:
• Developed a customer portfolio by finding new customers and generate new business (+25% in one year).

► Payroll: managed of 120 wages every month under a short deadline (one week), answered to employees requests, set-up payroll account when we had new customer, updated software settings when legislation changed, established employment agreements.
