    2012 - 2014 Maison Délice is a Sino French joint venture founded in 2004.
    The head Quarter and the production are both located in Guangzhou city, Haizhu district.
    The production system is accredited by QS department of China.
    The core philosophy is to pursue excellence in the creation, fabrication and distribution of a large variety of frozen desserts sold exclusively to the professionals of Food and beverage businesses.
    All our products are fabricated without chemical or non natural ingredients.
    The distribution of our products is everywhere in Guangdong Province as well as Shanghai, Xi an , Beijing , Chengdu , Guizhou with more than four hundred restaurants, cafes, bakeries and about forty five-star hotels.

    During my time within this company, my respnosibilities were:
    • To monitor each step involved in the production : from the Purchasing (logistic in) upto Customer Delivery (logistic out), with a strict control on ingredients, formulation & production of recipes.
    • To establish & follow Purchasing & Production Budgets.
    • To ensure an optimal production to reach Quantity, Quality, Cost & Deadline Objectives.
    • Support actively the Sales Teams during Customer calling process & show reactivity to Tailor-Made Request.
  • REITZEL SA - VIE - Technical Consultant in Food Processing & Technology Transfer

    Aigle 2009 - 2012 Reitzel Group in Haveco jsc., (HungYen, Hanoi area) - Pickled Gherkin.
    * To coordinate the setting up of various factory equipments. ;
    * To ensure the transfer of technologies and the training of all the employees.
    * To organize, monitor & control the production, the quality & the preservation of ghekins in barrels
  • REITZEL SA - Intern

    Aigle 2009 - 2009 Reitzel Group, (Bangalore, Karnataka) - Pickled Gherkin.
    • To integrate the different mechanisms within the agricultural & industrial operations including
    those linked to Quality & Traceability contributing to the processing & the preservation of
    gherkins in drums with an eye to their upcoming industrial utilisation in Euope and in the USA.
    • To study and prepare the duplication of the model for Vietnam (Hanoi area).
