• SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL - Water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) program coordinator

  2013 - 2014 - Implemented the water, sanitation and hygiene component of a 3-year Europeaid program aimed at promoting urban development, rehousing of internally displaced people and enhanced livelihoods in Port-au-Prince (ca. €5,5 millions),
  - Liaised with local stakeholders (community representatives, NGO, local authorities) and repre-sented Solidarités International in WASH clusters,
  - Ensured coordination with governmental authorities to promote up-scaling of the project,
  - Elaborated a sanitation master plan for a 20.000 inhabitants district of Port-au-Prince,
  - Recruited and managed a multicultural team of engineers,
  - Planned, coordinated and monitored construction activities,
  - Elaborated KAP (Knowledge, Attitude, Practices) survey materials and supervised survey implementation,
  - Designed and supervised the construction of 6 sanitation networks (providing enhanced sanitation to ca. 600 beneficiaries).

  - Supported internal teams for the development of proposals during biding process for the operation of water and sanitation infrastructures (budget design, technical recommendations, tender writing and presentation to clients, global project management…),
  - Audited and improved internal procedures in order to increase productivity.

  2006 - 2008 - Provided technical assistance in the water and sanitation sectors (purchasing of new equipment, cost and performance analysis, technical audits, capitalization of lessons learned…),
  - Conducted market and risks analysis in order to propose services in new market segments (e.g. operation of municipal swimming pools),
  - Analyzed impacts of new policies and proposed adaptation measures,
  - Supported internal teams for the development of proposals (budget design, technical recommen-dations, tender writing…).
