    Main business activities:
    a) Operational expertise in business transformation brought to the CI Cluster, Plant & General Managers:
    - Support the Projects Identification & Selection Workshops (PISW) ;
    - Contribute to Plant Diagnostics (Industrial & Costs analysis) ;
    - Commit to the yearly industrial costs reduction objective (3.5%) & contribute to its achievement in the geographical areas under direct support
    - Coach & help the CI Managers in driving their CI / LSS Projects
    - Trigger LSS Projects through ``showcases'' to boost CI Initiatives (mainly in Plants recently acquired) ;
    - Help the Plant Managers in sustaining the changes

    b) Concrete contribution to the execution of the Synergy Plan defined by the ExCom to reach the 4-Year Plan of the Group:
    - Support to Plant transfers ;
    - Layout / Flows alignment & Organization redesign (from the design of Industrial Master Plans to execution)
    - "Spot'' interventions (Plants Diagnostics) under the mandate of the ExCom, when required ;
    - Strong contributions to Plants recovery & turnaround programs

    c) Commitment to the deployment of the CI Policy of the Group & its CI House objectives:
    - Together with Plants Stakeholders, set the yearly CI House objectives, bring concrete inputs & drives for their achievements
    - Contribute to deliver the yearly LSS Training Plan as Instructor (YBL/GB/BB, +125 participants trained in various regions of the world), validate LSS Projects & Certifications
    - Share good practices between Plants & contribute to develop & leverage the Network
