    With our data mining technologies, we explore in real-time over 140 data sources (Swiss real estate portals and agency websites). Our quality algorithms deduplicate listings and remove obsolete ones.

    Using our proprietary technologies, we have the most powerful and comprehensive real estate search engine in Switzerland, for the benefit of all those looking to rent or buy.

    We have been collecting, aggregating, analysing and generating big volumes of data on the Swiss real estate market since 2018. We created this company in response to the challenges posed by the fragmentation of real estate listings, scattered across the 4 corners of the web. This situation prevents access to a complete and reliable inventory of properties on the market and makes it very difficult to continuously analyse the market.

    We produce a wide range of datasets & indicators on the Swiss property market for real estate professionals (developers, proptechs, brokers, funds, , property management, investors, agencies, portals, banks, fintechs, insurance companies, valuers, and media groups).

    From February 2025, Lookmove offer on-demand data and reports on a new WebApp, which can be obtained in just a few clicks via a form. Aimed at both private individuals and professionals, these new data products will make it possible to compare a property with similar properties on the market and to obtain key indicators for a chosen area and type of property.

    Every day, our algorithms analyse more than 600’000 real estate listings and produce consolidated data on an average of 130’000 properties.
