2005 - 2006 I worked at NanoSense for 14 months as a intern (co-op) while I was in college. This company was based in Paris. It was a small company (start up) managed by a ex-Thompson engineer. Our core specialty was to design combustion analyzers.

I was in charge of setting up the EN50379 standard for our main combustion analyzer (NS300). Our project team was made up of 4 engineers and 1 sales rep.

I worked on a few others tasks like an algorithm to improve the temperature measurement. I also worked on the maintenance and design of another combustion analyzer (NS200).
NanoSense products were very attractive, they were almost 50% cheaper than the #1 on the market because of a specific low cost design.
