I am involved in a growing recruitment activity.
For recruitment projects, I am in charge of :
- Recruitment process following (ISO 9001 procedures),
- Understanding, writing and posting of jobs offers,
- CV sourcing and looking for online profils,
- Point of contact of the candidates in order to proceed with their qualifications,
- Interviews scheduling and support.
For administrative tasks, I am in charge of :
- Application files follow up,
- Reporting and internal software using,
- Contracts, arrivals and integration collaborators.
