    Asnières-sur-Seine 2010 - 2011 Promotional Coordination:
    Brands: Hugo Boss, Lacoste, Dolce & Gabbana, D&G, Escada…
    Reporting to 4 key account managers, prepare and plan fragrances promotional activities in 18 countries, collaborating with internal brand teams, 17 decorators, 10 supervisors, and multiple external visual and shipping suppliers to organize around 172 promotions per years in the 18 customers shops.

    Prepare the promotional plans shared by the Key account managers and share with the different teams. Briefing the decorators, customers and external suppliers by providing promotional plans, brand guidance on initiatives, material sampling, and making the decoration drafts to ensure best in class execution of the promotions locally.

    Forecast the promotional materials required (displays, visuals, gifts…) and order them in an internal shop application, to ensure delivery of the goods to the customers for the promotions.

    Manage and brief the visual agencies for the formatting, printing and delivery of the visual support needed. Manage and brief the decorators to ensure logistics and materials are installed on time for the promo activities.

    Collaborating with the key account managers and the local sales supervisors, plan and define target sales and share them with the customers to forecast shipping of the goods. Get pictures of the promotions and share them with the marketing, brand and sales department and adjust the changes if required.
    After the promotion, provide report of the promotions to the team with pictures, sales, and feedback on the products.

    Budget tracking:
    Prepare the promotional tracker in line with budget given, and follow up on the estimates, billing and report it monthly to the finance team and area managers.
    Provide support to the area managers with the tracking of customer’s emplacement rentals and ensure payment is processed to them in the right deadlines.
    Checking and reporting any discrepancies of the promotional material orders budgets to the finance teams and process to the cross charges if needed.

    Sales consultant management:
    In collaboration with the Regional Leader, rework one sales consultant work plan, as well as defining her planning in the different customer shops/countries to support the promotions.
    Working with the sales supervisors locally to help her get the access and security training to access the airport shops.

    Other:
    Team meeting organization, shipment of promotional materials to external suppliers, back up of the other promotional merchandising functional experts (2 persons), archiving budget documentation, and sales consultants contracts.
