  • Gate Gourmet - Director Supply Chain Management Central Europe

    Kloten 2006 - 2010 Reporting directly to the VP Europe and Africa.
    - Responsible for Germany and the Benelux in a decentralized Supply Chain organisation.
    - Acted as SCM Coordinator for Scandinavia and Switzerland.
    - Granted power of attorney for all units in Germany in 2007.

  • Gate Gourmet - Supply Chain Management Central Europe

    Kloten 2004 - 2006 -Reporting directly to the VP Central Europe and dotted line to the Director SCM Europe.
    - Purchasing Manager for all German units as well as the e-gatematrix EU/AP (Intern SCM International central purchasing organisation).
    - Lead buyer for meat (purchasing process for European standard specifications).

  • Gate Gourmet - Head of Purchasing Germany

    Kloten 1993 - 2003 -Reporting directly to the GM Deutschland and dotted line to the VP Procurement e-gatematrix.
    - Head of Purchasing für SAirRelations, Gate Gourmet, Restorama, Swissotel for F&B and Non-Food.
    - Introduced successfully a logistics platform for all units in Germany.
    - Negotiated and established a purchasing alliance with Gate Gourmet and Moevenpick.
    - Lead buyer “Poultry“ - standardisation of the purchasing of poultry throughout Europe

  • Rungis Express Bonn - Purchasing Manager

    1984 - 1993 Reported directly to the GM.
    - Organised and coordinated the worldwide import of fresh foods.
    - Acted as food hunter for new suppliers and fresh products for the German star gastronomy.
