Playing a pivotal role in the creation and leadership of the Customer Engineering and Services teams of Altiostar Networks Inc in India, setting up a team of network planning experts, lab validation and customer support engineers. Defined the requirements, organised and negotiated the purchase of laboratory tools for close to $2M within 3 months. Worked with customers and QA team on test plans, test setups and resources allocation in view of qualifying the eNodeB to 3GPP standards and field performance validation. Worked with suppliers and partners to setup training and support programs for the team.

* Developed Axis NT Ltd. from a $3M turnover company focused on the supply of wireless Software Defined Radio to the UK market into a $15M company selling wireless infrastructure to major OEMs in South Korea, US and India within a 2 year period leading the company acquisition by Ace Technology Inc for $40M
* Instrumental in securing a $15m contract with Samsung Electronics
* Closed the initial deal with Alcatel Lucent ;
* Initiated the business model transition to license model through close partnership with customers, delivering GBP 2m cash to the bottom line enabling the financing of new products development

Initially undertaking the role of EMEA Sales Director for Remec, continuing in the same role following acquisition by Axxcelera Inc. during 2006. Developing distribution channels in EMEA and closing multiple deals with the Middle East and Nordic Operators in addition to expanding the product WiMAX BTS portfolio.
Major achievements include:
* Created sales and technical support offices; building sales and support teams in Europe and the Middle East

o Established strong partnerships with key Original Equipment Manufacturers by building constructive relations with engineering and purchasing departments to top level management. In one year activities doubled with one account and increased by 30% in the other.
o Sold the first company Fixed Wireless Access Network for Multi-millions dollars contract.
o Built, managed and motivated a network of Channel Partners during the Remec acquisition thereby promoting an expanded product/service range including new product lines.
o Consolidated and expanded rapidly Remec’s market presence and shares, deeply involved in the formation by acquisition of Remec China succeeding as approved supplier to the 2 largest OEMs in China.
o Established Airtech’s presence in Asia setting up sales offices and building effective teams to generate $800k in first year then $6 million in the next.
