    Grenoble 2013 - 2014 As part of his studies and training with the Grenoble Ecole de Management, he has been required to assist business mangers in six different missions. As a result Mohamed has worked on:

    • Undertaking financial and organizational audits and developing change proposals for 4 companies;
    • Preparing a report detailing all the strategic issues and finance for the project’s launch;
    • Evaluating a company using DCF and comparable methods for an acquisition;
    • Gaining economic and technological intelligence in the fields of medicine, aeronautics, the food industry, social networks and home automation controls;
    • Evaluating the practicality of the launch of a new subsidiary and developing the strategy for the project’s launch;
    • Making specific commercial offers, negotiating and selling them on B2B;
    • Preparing and undertaking the launch of a fundraising campaign;

    2013 - 2013 Worked closely with management to develop and implement the sales strategy in a new area in the USA.

    • Prospected, followed up sales calls, negotiated and closed sales;
    • Hired, trained and managed a sales team;
    • Managed the administrative and financial aspects of the new profit center;
    • Co-organized & represented Amazingsat at professional events (exhibitions, conferences...);

  • COMREST-SODEXO-SPORTS & LOISIRS ‘France’ - Quality Manager

    2012 - 2012 Responsible for guaranteeing Public Health, Mohamed had the task of developing quality systems and implementing them in two production sites.

    • Developed and implemented a quality system under European law;
    • Managed and trained 60 employees;
    • Worked with the Supply Chain Responsible to optimize the flow of raw materials;
    • Organized internal and customer audits in order to highlight any non-conformance issues;
    • Set up corrective and preventive actions;
    • Submitted to the Directors a weekly report on Quality, Safety, Health and Environment aspects;
    • Reduced the costs of production by 8% and improved external audits by 17%.
  • Universidad de Granada - Research and Development Engineer

    2011 - 2011 Preparation/synthesis of antioxidants for the pharmaceutical industry.

    • Experimented three protocols of chemical synthesis;
    • Mastered the extraction and chemical purification techniques « Soxhlet, TLC, NMR, etc. »;
    • Innovated 3 new antioxidants and optimized their extraction.

    Lille 2010 - 2010 Coordination with various teams, providing them with technical help in solving problems.

    • Monitored the GHP, GMP, ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 version 2008;

    Paris 2009 - 2009 Detection of the virus Tristeza in citrus fruit in the north of Morocco using the technical method “ELISA” and recommending solutions.
