    MARCY-L'ETOILE 2014 - maintenant Involved in the development of a new system in ImmunoAssays for clinical diagnostics in an international context ( American and German partners ) by ensuring reliability of several activities especially image analysis and patient result calculation.
    - Design of mathematical algorithms to reach IVD expectations.
    - In charge of the computation engine conception (writing requirements), evolution (design of new algorithms) and robustness (verification).
    - Statistical analysis of large data ( Descriptive statistics, performance studies )
    - Programming tools for R&D team to facilitate large data analysis.

    2008 - 2014 --> Working within R&D team as biostatistician to analyze microarray data for diseases diagnostic research:
    Discussing protocols with customers (biologists, clinicians, doctors, scientists...)

    Performing statistical analysis of large data sets (samples selection, CPA, normalization, variance analysis, Bayesian methods,multiple tests, modelling…)

    2006 - 2006 Stage de création et d'optimisation du logiciel DynW (http://umr5558-mq1.univ-lyon1.fr/dynw/dynw012.cgi?page=FrontPage) facilitant l’accès à la simulation de processus biologiques et environnementaux.
    --> Travail effectué sous Linux (Ubuntu) avec un serveur Apache 2, programmation en Python, R et Gnuplot.
