En résumé

Fort d'une expérience longue et très variée sur divers projets industriels à l'international (Oil & gas, Mine, Water desalination), je me spécialise dans le management des contrats complexes: Contract Manager.

La formation étant un élément clé de ce métier plutôt nouveau dans notre paysage actuel, je prépare en parallèle le DU Contract Management de l'Université Paris 2 - Assas.

    Paris 2014 - 2016 Au sein du département Marché subsea et en qualité de Subcontract Enginner, j'ai eu en charge la gestion de contrats de sous-traitance, de la préparation du cahier des charges à la clôture de sous-contrat en passant par les phases d'appel d'offre, de sélection, de signature du contrat et de son exécution.

    Ivry-sur-Seine 2012 - 2013 KONIAMBO Nickel Project in New Caledonia - Site Purchasing Lead

    Glencore awarded the JV Hatch/Technip, the construction of the Koniambo mining project in New
    Caledonia. We were based on site, for 6 days work per week and 10 weeks on for 2 off

    Duties included

    * Management of the site purchasing team (approx. 11 multicultural persons) including: due diligence
    process, sourcing and negotiation strategy, budget and project milestones management

    * Coordination for smooth relationship between project supply chain services

    * Sourcing, bids process and drafting of purchase order with particular attention to safety and security

    * Coordination with other project execution services including: engineering, inspection, finance...

    Acting globally as a SCM in this position, I gained valuable experience for procurement and contract
    administration, procure-to-pay cycle, teams and vendor relationship management

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2009 - 2012 Investigation, analyse, définition et gestion des pénalités de retard et réclamations relatives à l'exécution ou non exécution des contrats.

  • SIDEM France - Buyer/Expeditor

    2007 - 2009 SIDEM (VEOLIA GROUP), I worked as a supply chain agent for
    different projects and namely MARAFIQ desalination project in
    Duties included

    * Purchasing activities: clarify the needs with requestors and engineering, proceed with market sourcing,
    RFQ, offers analysis and bids tabulation plus recommendation and issue the Purchase Order

    * Expediting activities: acting as focal point for all communication with all order involved actors including
    vendors, I had to implement a smooth relationship during PO execution till close out

    * Considering potential delay impacts for any single day of delay on such industrial project, the activity
    required high skills in contracts administration, communication and negotiation

    * Monitoring materials readiness, shipments and coordination with logistics, operation, engineering,
    inspection..., and externally (vendor and authorities for transit authorization for example)

    The inter-action of business law and supply chain management was also highly appreciated here
