My responsibility
• Provide technical expertise and advice on implementation of SmartFocus solutions
• Estimation of effort & cost for new enhancements to the service, inc the formal definition of such in a Statement of Work
• Management of implementation activities for the client onboarding, with both client and internal resources
• Prioritise, schedule and implement the enhancement with the client
• Liaise, where necessary, with the Technical platform teams and/or R&D groups to resolve more protracted issues
• Onboarding our premier customers into the SmartFocus platforms and ensuring the successful integration with the client ‘s systems
• Primary contact for any and all issues the client has with the service
• Resolving any issues/incidents during the lifespan of the client with SmartFocus
• Ensure that all issues are resolved within the SLAs agreed
