With more than 15 years of senior-level executive search experience in the Quebec market, Natalie will be focused on the financial services sector, as well as crown corporations and large not-for-profit organizations. Nathalie is also an expert on governance and diversity issues, and she currently sits on a number of boards, including as co-chair of the board of the ICD.
Prior to joining Odgers, Nathalie spent several years building her own executive search business, which she sold in 2008. She has been recognized as an industry leader and was awarded the Quebec Young Entrepreneur Award in 2001, the Medium Enterprise Entrepreneur Award in 2007 and the Arista Award in 2009. She was also named “Top HR Woman” in 2012 by Premières en Affaires Magazine. Nathalie writes regularly about leadership and talent issues as a columnist for Affaires Plus and HR Job. She is also sought-after speaker and contributor to Quebec business forums.
Originally from France, Nathalie holds a Marketing Degree from the Université de Paris II and a degree in Human Resources Management from IGS Paris. She also holds a CHRP and ICD.D designation from the Rotman –McGill Corporate Governance Program.
