My name is Nicolas BRENELIERE, I am a French Chef. Dynamic and motivated, with high interpersonal skills, I want to invest myself fully in a position that you could offer me.
Including holding a CAP-BEP French Diploma dominant in pastry, chocolate and ice cream confectionery and catering, I have a solid experience in positions of responsibility or creation. This experience has been acquired by training at CFA a French culinary school and in different businesses such as restaurants, hotels and bakery and even aviation.
Also, my various functions as a pastry chef, chocolate and ice cream confectionery, catering chef, Head chef, culinary teacher and my work abroad (England, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Greece, Denmark, United Arab Emirates and Canada) attest to my varied experience, resources, and my ability to adapt to the surrounding environment.
With responsibility for all aspects of stock order, creative and managerial tasks that are needed to operate a kitchen; planning menus, executed the work, train the staff, coordinate with the sales and revenue producing departments I consulted with clients to determine their needs and dreams. I reported to the owner who holds me responsible for the well being of my segment of the business. In short my responsibility is to create a food experience for my guest that makes them go "wow!" as well as an experience for my team that helps them achieve their professional goals
