En résumé

What I do: I seek competitive advantages, market share increases, productivity gains, costs reduction and maximization of human potential through the use of digital technologies.

How I do it: Bridging the gap between business and ICT, I enjoy leveraging opportunities and devising innovative solutions to business requirements that empower customers, partners, users and management. Because implementation is key, I devote myself to sharing ideas in order to generate consensus and to leading the actual implementation.

Where I do it: Multi-national organizations facing the "4xmore" crunch:
- more stakeholders to cater to
- more data to collect, organize, analyze, present and decide upon
- more applications to connect&deconnect quickly
- more "devices" to target

Specialties: Today, this means:
- helping business to integrate multiple offline/online parts into new products or more efficient processes
- making available every piece of data, insight and intelligence everywhere at any time
- speeding up the delivery of IT projects through the use of modular components and standard connectors
- optimising the architecture of IT systems
- guiding project managers through the change
