    2009 - 2010 • Managed a 20-person team of receptionists, administrative staff and customer service representatives. Designed and implemented quality control campaigns such as “mystery callers” and client satisfaction surveys. Created corporate partnerships with large businesses in Hanoi such as Accor Hotels (Sofitel Metropole).

In charge of the business results sector and did communication campaigns in the media as well as ensuring distributors and shops were functioning in accordance with SFR commercial strategy. To increase sales and consumer interest, I planned and ran communication campaigns and promotion packages based on a quarterly budget.
    • Led numerous training sessions for employees in each of the twenty shops I managed. Training sessions included introduction to new SFR products as well as support on sales strategies and promotional selling each sales person of the shops (between 5 and 15 sales persons in each shop). Led meetings with various distributors to improve the quality of service.
