I have worked mainly on two projects for clients' top management :
- Innovation mission (Blue Ocean Strategy) for a french industrial maintenance company
After a first step during which we generate more than 100 ideas with our client, a selection phase led to a portfolio of 8 breakthrough innovation projects. Then we helped the different projects teams to launch them.
- Program management support for a french water supply leader
Our client needed help to manage a huge program aimed to set up a new billing system. I worked mainly on one project of the program and took part in different tasks : planning design and update according to the progress of numerous subcontractors who worked on the different projects of the program, reporting to the direction, conception of a method and a tool designed to classify thousands of contracts that had to be switched to the new billing system, other temporary internal projects..

I designed and developed a tool for a main french retailer intended to raise alerts about goods whose properties filled in databases could cause wrong orders, and therefore overstocks or out-ofstocks.
I firstly define jointly with various client’s employees (logistics, IT, merchandise) the functional requirements used in reports and dashboards. Afterwards, I managed a technical team to translate these elaborated calculation methods into computer language (SQL).
Discovering the organization of this retail giant was quite exciting and I enjoyed carrying out the project from beginning to end.
