    -Business project lead of the merchandising change management of a project that changes all the back office tools (from merchandising, supply, to stores).
    Process desing, actions plan design and steering, new assortment process and controls design and implenentation. Reporting to the merchandising directors.

    -Lead of the operationnal forecasting team, making promotional forecasting and repartition to stores. Operations forecasting, documenting the solutions and operations, outsourcing of a part of the operations abroad.

    -Project Lead of the referential change management during 1,5 year. Team of 30 persons (8 Accenture and 22 clients). Around 450 users.
    Leading the learning plan & learning design, the user accompagning on site, the operationnal communication.

  • NOKIA - Stagiaire tests et développements

    Nozay 2003 - 2003 Développement en Visual Basic d’une application dirigeant un transcodeur et analyse d’un réseau GSM comprenant BSC, BTS, Transcodeur. Tests de prototypes de téléphones portables et coopération dans l’équipe recherche et développement.
