    2011 - 2016 • In charge of the Makkah Taif Business Unit management contract with the National Water Company : 2 cities , 2 M inhabitants, Hajj season ( 3 M pilgrims ) and Taif summer season.
    • Liaise HQ with Subsidiary & client representatives as well as Subsidiary staff
    • Prepare monthly meetings ( Client Team, Shareholder’s Board, Steering Committee.) & reports
    • Implementation and follow up of financial issues (Business plan, Budget.,..).
    • Prepare the support from the HQ ( Support mission, staffing…)
    • Follow up of the contractual issues,( Staffing , Invoicing, Legal issues..)
    • Monitor and anticipate changes in the frame of the contract ( RFP, SLA, Variation orders..)
    • Ensure the availability and selection of relevant staff ( recruitment, integration on site)
    • Performance follow up (Man-days, KPI’s… )
    • Warranty the full respect of the corporate and local quality management & procedures

  • Saur - International Training Manager

    2010 - 2011 • In the frame of the Makkah Taif management contract,set up 3 training centers fully dedicated to water services training.
    • Develop and implement a 8000 trainee-days yearly training plan.
