    2010 - 2014 As an administration officer my basic duties were to be in charge of the reception, incoming calls and mail, answering phone and email enquiries, liaising with customers and partners, the organization, filing and archiving of the service.

    I was assisting two engineers and the head of the construction department of the company.

    I was also in charge of the administrative follow up of the real estate construction’s sites:
    • In charge of the tendering process: launch of the competitive bidding to elect the companies handling the construction, drafting the administrative paperwork, follow up of the procedure until the signing of the contract and launch of the work order.
    • Subcontracting verification and agreement.
    • Contractor’s relationship management: building and maintaining a relationship with the companies answering to the competitive biddings, helping them to comply with the procedures, maintaining supplier’s database.
    • Follow up with the companies in case of compulsory liquidation, replacement procedure of liquidated companies.
    • Customers relationship management: answering enquiries via email or phone, maintaining a good communication and follow up to ensure their satisfaction
