I'm a former French Air Force Colonel who joined the French Air Force on May 1, 1979 and retired on November 30, 2006. I have over 3,000 flying hours mainly on Mirage 2000-N, Mirage IV-A & P, Mirage III-B, C-135 FR and Mystère XX-P. My military awards include Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur, Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite, the Médaille de l’Aéronautique and the Médaille de la Défense Nationale.
Since January 1, 2007, I am a NATO employee but started to work for NATO on August 1, 1999. I thus have a solid experience and strong network in NATO and in the member nations' capitals and main industries. Since July 1, 2012, I am the Executive Officer to the Director of the Collaboration Support Office of the NATO Science & Technology Organization (STO).
