    2007 - 2007 Lead a mission to enhance the management of PTC technical support projects, worldwide. Defined strategy and long term goals with executives. Used a systemic approach to describe project management phases. Developed a framework (process, infrastructure, people) to deploy the strategy with a focus on project added value. Educated staff on PM principles and new framework. Handed over project deliverables before schedule.     Program Management: Merged both TS systems, as a result of the acquisition of Avant! by Synopsys. Defined SAP CRM requirements and specifications.

    2000 - 2002 Responsible for the Corporate web-based technical support solution (user profile, call tracking, test case upload, release download, search engine, FAQ, etc…). Defined requirements with US and Europe support engineers, then developed and productized the system. Endorsed by all support engineers and thousands of customers.
  • Synopsys (Avant! Corporation) - Application Consultant

    1998 - 1999 Customer Support: My mission was to leverage customer support efficiency in Japan and Korea. I visited customers to define their requirements, joined the Japan TS team and worked as a liaison with R&D in Moscow. Mission helped increase customer trust and drove new business. This experience helped define a web-based technical support program endorsed by Corporate Marketing.
  • Avant! Corporation - Off-Shore Project Manager

    1994 - 1998 Project Management: I supported the deployment of the corporate strategy by transferring and managing software projects to Moscow. As early adopters of the Off-Shoring, our challenge was to convince on-shore R&D groups to collaborate with remote people from a different culture. We made this program a success and drove its adoption by acting on our people’s perception, setting up yearly events with all actors, and developing a web-based collaboration platform. Maintenance efforts were transferred offshore and revenues grew as planned.
  • COMPASS Design Automation - Software Engineer

    1992 - 1994 Software Development: I was in charge of developing a solution to design programmable devices (FPGA). The solution was productized and provided an integrated prototyping environment to our existing customers. It exceeded expectations as it helped penetrate new accounts. As part of my responsibility, I demonstrated this solution to customers in Europe. I also decided to present a paper on programmable devices at the FCCM93 conference, California.
