Ma carrière a été dirigée par trois facteurs :

Leadership / entrepreneuriat
J'ai toujours aimé être en position de leadership, mettre en oeuvre de nouveaux projets et nouvelles idées, promouvoir le changement et prendre des décisions.
J'ai eu 4 experiences significatives en tant que Directeur de Business Unit, et ai développé une expertise en Direction de Business Unit (P&L, RH, Cash), business developpement, vente, management des ventes et entrepreneuriat. J'ai décidé de faire un Executive MBA pour apprendre à créer et implémenter une stratégie. J'ai aussi passé 10 ans en tant que volontaire dans une association à but non lucratif centrée sur le coaching d'entrepreneur.

Innovation
Je suis passionné par l'innovation, les nouvelles technologies, l'ingéniérie et je travaille depuis le début de ma carrière dans des secteurs innovants.

International
J'ai toujours été interessé par les autres cultures, les langues et les voyages. Nous avons souhaité découvrir une autre culture avec nos 4 enfants. C'est pour cela que nous avons décidé de déménager aux USA en 2007, ou j'ai créé mon propre business.

    2008 - 2011 Oxymus: Internet and Internet Marketing Consulting

    Oxymus is an affiliate web publisher and a web merchant.
    We are promoting offers through search engine optimization, paid advertising, social media optimization and double optin email list.
    We are running a network of sites that is highly search engine optimized. Most of them rank in the top 10 for relevant keywords.
    Content writing, web design and web development are outsourced to India, The Philippines and Chile.

    Internet Marketing Consulting
    We help French companies which want to expand in the US doing market research, business plan, marketing & sales, HR, P&L and cash management.
    We help online merchant to drive and convert traffic to their website using SEM, SEO, SMO and marketing automation.
  • PH2C - Founder

    2006 - 2007 Provided business consulting, coaching and interim management to SMB and start-ups in multiple industries. Delivered management training courses to more than 40 managers in one year and a half.
    Focused consulting services on my expertise: business unit Management (P&L - HR - Cash), business development, sales management, sales productivity.
  • Spie Communcations - Regional Director

    2002 - 2005 Full P&L responsibility for a $42 million business unit with over 250 people on 13 sites. Accountable to the CEO for forecasting and achieving sales, profitability and cash-flow targets. Defined a 4 dimension action plan:
    - Established a culture of excellence and team solidarity among the manager team (25 managers)
    - Provided clear and motivating job description and coherent goals related to company's vision
    - Trained pre-sales and commercial team in the sales of services
    - Delegated responsibility of P&L into Agencies

    Generated 14% revenue growth in a highly competitive market with 4% profit while region had previously generated 0%.
  • Integris - Regional Director

    2000 - 2002 Transformed an under performing region of $24 million, 180 people and 3 business units, by introducing an IT consulting activity that reduced the average financial risk taken. Streamlined the organization, simplified processes, reorganized and trained staff to achieve profitability target.
  • Alten Nord - General Manager

    Boulogne-Billancourt 1999 - 2000 Originally hired to open the “North of France” subsidiary. Carried out all the dimensions of a start-up company, which included strategic positioning and planning, hiring, operations, marketing and sales, human resources, and finances.
  • Groupe Bull - Salesperson - Salesmanager - IT Service Agency Manager

    Les Clayes-sous-Bois 1989 - 1999 Initially hired as salesperson and given positions of increased responsibility as account manager, sales manager, and IT services agency manager. Consistently above targets and rewarded with “President’s Club” Group program in 1993 and “Executive Leadership Program” in 1999.

    As an IT Agency manager, oversaw P&L, 70 employees, local marketing, operations, and sales.
    - Achieved 83% increase in sales from $6 to $11 million within three years, by focusing the sales team and the marketing strategy in two major industries of the region: retail and healthcare, and by setting up a rigourous and effective lead generation process.
    - Generated 16% operating income in 1998.
