Entreprises

  • Basf - EHS specialist

    Levallois-Perret 2018 - maintenant
  • Hexion inc. - R&D Chemist

    2017 - 2018
  • Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin - Post doc

    2015 - 2016 - transfer of skills and mentor for Ph.D. students.
    - supervisor in teaching laboratories.
    - management of X-ray instruments and formation of new Ph.D. students.
  • Oxford University - Tutor

    2012 - 2014
  • University of Oxford - PhD student

Oxford 2011 - 2015 Using the unique properties of the boron I have designed a new generation of anion sensors for F- and CN-. The structure includes ferrocene derivatives for optical and electrochemical sensor response. Based on the similar structural principles I will additionally develop Frustrated Lewis Pairs as potential metal- free hydrogenation catalysts.
  • Institut Parisien de la Chimie Moléculaire (IPCM) - Intern

2011 - 2011 I synthesized and studied the magnetic properties of potential single molecule magnets containing hydroxamate ligands. I identified several structures of magnetic metallo-hydroxamic molecules including a new framework for a hexanuclear metal complex (publication pending).
  • University of Ottawa - Intern

2010 - 2010 I developed amine-borane fuels for chemical hydrogen storage supported by second group metals such as calcium and magnesium. I determined the reactivity of these complexes toward dihydrogen loss upon eating.
  • Centre International Sur l'Eau et l'Environnement - Intern

2008 - 2008 I established new protocols for UV-vis spectroscopic measurements in waste water treatment plants and studied the environmental parameters on the reverse osmosis systems.
