Managing a team of 2 persons.
Responsible for global production planning, organization and optimization.
• In charge of supervising and organizing :
- Tie in of Quiksilver regions (Europe, USA, Australia, Japan, Indonesia, Brazil...) production orders.
- Placing orders to the different suppliers (China (Guangdong, Zhejiang and Shandong areas) Taiwan and Italy).
- Production follow-up (delivery lead-times, Quality control in the factories)
- Communication with the different company headquarters.
- Cost and buying terms optimization.
- Sourcing of suppliers that best matched company needs.
- Ensure and ease relationship (partnership) with the suppliers.
- Product development support.
In charge for the areas of Production, Sales and Marketing of:
• Process optimization and business area reengineering.
- Optimization of Raw Material and manufactured products flow and stock, by Kanban implementation.
- Order flow optimization.
- Global project of production area reengineering (optimization of production chain disposition / materials and products flows / information flows).
• IT Projects
- Automate of production reporting.
- Planning and production control tools optimization (ERP / Data warehouse).
- Siebel 7 (eCRM) implementation.
- Online store product configurator.
For both I was responsible for:
- Project planning.
- Help users to evaluate and define their needs and requirements.
