    2009 - 2010 HR single point of contact for the Marketing VP, and responsible for the implementation of all the processes related to people development, for the central marketing function. Support of the Sales Force HR Director in the implementation of the HR policies and the administration of the HR Information Systems tools (People Soft), focusing on the population directly reporting to the Sales EVP. In this role I supported key projects and processes such as the Sales Academy training offer, Sales Force Competency Mapping and People Review for Sales & Marketing. Also in charge of coordinating the mobility for the Sales Force & Marketing expatriates.
    In this position I was based in Paris.
  • Areva T&D - Country HR Manager Colombia & Venezuela

    2005 - 2009 The mission of this position was to lead HR function for Colombia and Venezuela, developing and applying global and regional policies and HR processes in such a way that the core of the business is strategically supported from HR, in conformity with Areva T&D directives.
    I was responsible for managing recruitment, selection, contracting, supervising the payroll process, training and developing processes with the different HRIS tools available such as Artemis People Soft, Business Objects, and SIRIUS.
    From December 2006 to July 2007 I was assigned to support the HR department in Areva T&D Mexico. During these months we managed to achieve a decisive alignment, consolidation and a functional reorganization of the local Human Resources Area, which allowed the Mexican team to set up the basis for their future regional positioning.
  • Carulla Vivero S.A. (Casino Group) - HR Manager

    2002 - 2005 The last role from 2004-2005 was as Wellness Manager. The objective of the role was the administration of the employees network and familiar support, as well as the recreational/sports programs promoting the well-being of the employees, improving their quality of life in the organization and promoting the balance of the personal/work dimensions, covering 4,500 employees. The role had an external impact coordinating the relations with external institutions to establish alliances and agreements.
    The initial role from 2002-2004, was Selection and Development Manager, focusing on recruiting and developing employees and implementing career plans. I was assigned as support for the country regional HR management (Atlantic Coast, Antioquia and Cali within the Carulla, Merquefácil and Vivero formats), implementing policies and improvement plans allowing to manage the same standards as the head office in Bogotá.

    During this period also had experience as a trainer for new employees in groups up to 30 people and I also coordinate the foreign language courses for the employees offered inside the company.
