    - Organize the project (project plan, deliverables, resources, schedule, projects costs…)
    - Write the need expressions to the project supervisor, and buisiness and process impact.
    - Manage the project team and the project progress (training, communication, process…)

    Meudon 2012 - 2013 Project Manager (project owner) of rate plans developpement for big companies (more than 1500 employees)
    - Understand and analyse the Marketing need.
    - Assessing the value of the subject ans the relevant indicators for measuring.
    - Organize the project (project plan, deliverables, resources, schedule, projects costs…)

    Meudon 2011 - 2012 Project Manager (project owner) of the repository of all Bouygues Telecom products (method of project: TTM : time to Market).
    - Implementation of the Roadmap tool.
    - Construction of the expression of needs of different versions of the Roadmap.
    - Animation of workshops for design and development.
    - Recipe for different versions delivered of the tool.
    - Monitoring of incidents and the various anomalies.
    - Production of tested versions.
    - Monitoring the deployment and user support.
    - Interface with other teams (Application, Marketing,...) for creating new attributes (vvm : visual voice message, SMS, MMS, ...) in the repository.
    - Administration Tool: Add / Remove permissions, DCR / GSMA / TAC Treatment for the addition of different products.
    - Design of two managers tools, for applications and for SIM cards for Bouygues Telecom

    Project Manager (project owner) of the Reporting tool of different product indicators for Bouygues Telecom (method of project : Scrum).
