    1) Manufacturing and install of ornamental elements made in plaster
    with follow up the construction site quality:
    - Technical and financial management of operations, analysis and quotation
    - Balance site (ratios, unit time, hourly rate, monitoring analytical account), progress, location, valuation, tracking orders, billing
    - Supervise staff and management, ensure productivity monthly, management of payroll
