Objectives:

- Implement solid and integrated processes in SAP ensuring 100% compliance with Nestlé and legal requirements
- Reduce supply chain costs
Activities:
- Manage supply chain operations in-house and outsourced
- Optimize distribution costs through network redesign, operations optimization, tenders and outsourcing
- Coordinate the change programme to fully implement SAP in 9 months and the leveraging project with external support to maximize the benefits after stabilization
- Initiate Customer Collaboration Activities with key customers
- Leverage Nestlé and Eckes Granini groups synergies in Procurement
- Implement green logistics with rail and intermodal deliveries
- Optimize NTWC focussing on stock levels, overdue and payment terms
- Build solid leadership foundations though success profile, performance evaluation, recruitment & talent development, coaching & feedback

Develop Nestlé Waters Europe Planning maturity to ensure efficient supply plans, customer service in line with market targets and optimized total delivered cost (capacity investments, multi-sourcing rules, stock strategies, arbitrations)
- Implement a Consensus Demand Planning across business functions and manage the change (S&OP)
- Develop planning process maturity on Demand & Supply Planning, Raw Material Planning, Inter-Market and co-packing Planning (tools and processes) to improve capacity visibility and reduce non-added value activities
- Anticipate demand development and capacity evolutions on medium and long terms (capacity, CAPEX)

- Launch and contribute to improvement initiatives internally and in collaboration with key-customers (e.g. High Performing Logistic projects, weather impacts, SAP evolutions)
