En résumé

Je suis un ingenieur généraliste et spécialisé dans la production industrielle. Homme de terrain, pour qui les problèmes qualité, les pistes d'amélioration continue et les challenges client sont les maitres mots. Compétences managériales et d'organisations industrielles. Des expériences fructifiantes dans le management d'équipe et l'organisation industrielle m'ont permis d'atteindre les objectifs fixes. De meme, la gestion de projet en parallèle de mes fonctions usuelles ont apportées des réductions de cout et des optimisations produit/procès ou flux. Un attrait certain pour l'ouverture sur le monde, en atteste, l'expérience en thailande a Bangkok et les missions passées en Chine a Shanghai.

    2009 - 2010 I am in charge of secure the "product relation" between suppliers and VALEO according to the 5TWS. I have to organise the production area and the setting up of production line in a "U" configuration. I have to find productivity and quality improvements in order to make cost saving (about 6M thai bath for one supplier). I have to coach worth supplier of Valeo, establishing PFMEA, Control Plan and WI processus.
    Moreover i have to ensure the 150 project transfert from valeo to snc without problems and customer claims.
    All responsabilities and actions must be manage in a short time (18 months).

    2008 - 2009 I worked in this company after getting Engineering diploma. I worked for 3 months and i led many actions in this P.M.E company (less than 10 people).
    I get the label "green printer" feeling that environemental action would be good, i decrease expending about 20% by actions close to suppliers. I manage and set up the quality system in order to be sure to deliver a good finish product to the customer, according to his color and format requirements. I analyse the financial flow to get decreasing expendings.
  • Autoliv inc. - Quality/product/ process engineer and Quality project member

    2005 - 2009 I done my study half time in Autoliv and half-time in my school.
    I worked in the quality department, where i learned many processus which lead the quality in first. I also learned the kaisen methodologies and view of production life and the 6 sigmas applications.
    In France, I managed many workshops about customer claims, quality problem and 6 sigmas resolution. I get good results as a save of 15000€/year or no more customer claims about a problem. The last year of my study, I worked on a new product with a new assembly methodologie (passenger airbag for New Renault) in order to ensure the quality system of product and production line.
    I went to China (for 3 months) in order to give my knowledge and increase the quality level. I managed production team in order to get a "quality wall" to nissan and ford clients. I managed actions to succeed to Nissan asses audit.
    I worked in th project department which was the only "quality department" where my knowledge was a bit empty. I managed people about Control plan, AMDEC, posts sheets, movements sheet and so on. I also set up a operator skill evaluation in order to know faculties to detect a good product from a bad one.
    It was a great adventure and a great school of industrie. I am very proud to work with the Group Autoliv inc in France and in Shanghai.
