    2010 - 2012 • Job creation aiming to optimize the supply chain of the “copacking” for Oral Care category / EMEA market in order to decrease the unit cost of doing customization (total customization spent in FY1112 was $MM 35) while increasing the revenue thanks to most competitive supply chain solutions (FY1112 Oral Care EMEA revenue was $B 1.8).
    • 1- Designed and implemented a new strategy and vision, setup and coordinated a multi-functional team, did a landscape assessment to clarify the role of customization in the business strategy, implemented Key Performance Indicators and adapted the business unit organization and processes to cope with this new vision. 2- Initiated and led projects to create new production capabilities in the plants to customize products on-the-line or end-of-line rather than doing those operations manually in the customization centers.
    • Customization unit cost reduced by 20% in FY1112 ($MM6 net cost savings) and 1% of turnover growth ($MM 18). Project rewarded in July 2012 as best cost innovation project in Europe (among more than 50 projects).
  • Procter & Gamble France, Paris - Demand and Supply, Team Leader, “Beauty” categories, French market

    2007 - 2010 • Launch of a project to re-design the demand and supply organization for French market then, following this change, management of a new team of 10 headcounts in charge of demand and supply (forecast accuracy, service level and inventory) for “beauty” categories ($MM 550 - 2000 SKUs - Gillette, H&S, Pantene,…).
    • 1- Created and implemented a robust and agile set of cutting-edge processes and tools to manage demand: standard template and timing, clarification of new roles and responsibilities, new way of doing forecast generation. 2- Created and implemented a new culture in the organization with a focus on results, reward and people development. 3 – Managed a team of 10 headcounts: applied the newly developed concepts and processes, handled daily operational tasks of the team, and developed the capabilities of the team and of the individuals.
    • All Key Performance Indicators (Service, inventory and forecast accuracy) delivered on target. All the tools and processes developed 3 years ago are still in use and several team members have been turned from “low” performers to “good” performers after the transition.
  • Procter & Gamble France, Paris - Demand and Supply, Planner, Mr Propre / Ace / Braun, French market

    2005 - 2007 • Responsible for forecast accuracy, service and inventory levels for 3 brands (Mr Propre / Ace / Braun).
    • 1- Created the forecast and presented it to the business leader 2- Collaborated with the plants and the EMEA headquarters to ensure right balance between service and inventory 3- Optimized products portfolio to limit complexity for the planning organization and the plants.
    • Forecast and supply results were back on track after one year for Braun (France was considered as number 1 in Europe) and results for Mr Propre and Ace were slightly improving despite declining market trend.
  • Procter & Gamble France, Paris - Customer Logistic Manager, Leclerc customer, French market

    2003 - 2005 • Responsible for service level, inventory level and supply chain collaboration for a customer.
    • 1- Coordinated a team of 5 headcounts in charge of daily tasks (ordering, shipping, billing, transport constraints, out of stock situation …). 2- Led several supply chain projects with Leclerc.
    • Implementation of the VMI for the Socamaine and 2 others regions were willing to move to this new ordering system. Participation in the development of a web-platform to share technical product data sheets between P&G and Leclerc.
