2004 - 2011* I created and managed the whole aspects of the company. I imported French wine to Colombia. I managed a team of 3 persons and contract for distribution, importation, legal and accounting issues.
* I positioned our products (22 different wines) in Bogotá, organizing the importation, marketing, sales and distribution.
* I expended the sales in another 6 states of Colombia. ;
* I opened a wine cellar in order to have our own point of sale. ;
* Sales grew almost 350% in 6 years. ;

2003 - 2004* Sales and marketing of events in London night clubs and restaurants. All included services for company events.
* I maintained 85% of the existing contracts, and I developed new opportunities increasing sales in the second semester by GBP 240,000.
* I negotiated the opening of a new business in Dubai which resulted in a GBP 100,000 sale.
* I participated in the planning of a new contract in New York which had an objective of selling GBP 300,000 in the first semester of 2004. ;

2002 - 2003* I organized, planned and trained the whole operation of the new conference center which had a planned capacity for attending 25,000 people a year generating Sales of GBP 700,000.
* In charge of the whole operation of the restaurant, bar, room service, conference center, managing a team of 12 people.
* I negotiated new contracts with the suppliers. ;
* I managed to decrease cost of sales from 32% to 27%, and managing all other expenses, resulting in an increase of net profit from 28% to 42%. ;
