    including critical production down issues.
    - Analyze, identify and provide the appropriate solutions for the technical
    errors.
    - Recreate bugs if necessary with customer’s database and notify R&D to develop
    the corrections.
    - Test and validate Patches in order to issue them to customers.
    - Performed testing for Composer_V3.4.1 and feeding the test plans and results
    in Test director.
    - Manage the interface between Customer and the other Axway
    Technical departments, such as R&D, Test & Qualification, Distribution Network
    - Providing support for installation and Migration of new version.
