I am a PhD student at TIMC-IMAG, currently working on prostate biopsy navigation, working under the supervision of Jocelyne Troccaz and Emmanuel Promayon. Since 2012, I am a member of GMCAO team, specialized in Computer Assisted Medical Interventions. My main research topic focuses on prostate biopsy, working on both surgical navigation and surgical simulation for learning.
At present, my scientific interests are ultrasound imaging, registration and computer vision.
Graduated from engineering school of ENSIMAG in 2011, my education profile focuses on Mathematical modeling, Vision, Graphics and Simulation.
I discovered the CAMI field when I was 16 during a short internship at the GMCAO team. I was fascinated by the combination of medicine and technology that I decided to orient my studies with the aim of contributing to the medical field as a researcher.
In expanding my horizons, I am also pursuing a career in pure medicine (I am a 5th year medical student at the Grenoble Alpes University) as it occurred natural to me, to be an expert not only in one domain but in both. This choice fuels my compassion of caring for patients, in addition to research.
