    Boulogne-Billancourt 2012 - 2014 The ISR (Information System Representative) is the link between Information Systems (OI) and Finance business concerning day-to-day IT services - notably IT Service requests.
    This function has been created to have a single point of contact for IS to the business area and out of business perspectives to have one single person to be in charge of all the needs with control on the IS budgets (IS ones allocated to the business areas and own IS budgets).
    ISR’s are nominated by the DIG (Desktop Investment Group) – member of each function. DIG members are nominated by the business functions.
    The ISR is in charge of all Airbus employees, secondees, trainees, subcontractors and temporary employees, attached to his/her responsible business areas.
    It is the ISR’s responsibility to collect the Information System related needs of his/her business area and to direct the request in the name of the users to Information Systems, meaning:

    •End-user Representative
    - Link between IS department and Engineering end-users for IS/IT means
    - Represent Engineering end-users for all IS / IT topics
    - Solve day-to-day users’ problems and demands, for IS/IT topics
    - Provide annual plan of IS/IT needs and IT material replacement
    - Contribute to IS/IT projects

    •Communication
    - Coordinate the distribution of information about IS/IT topics
    - Animate a network of 12 local focal points in EY

    •Asset management
    - Optimize IT material allocation, according to AIRBUS Policy

    •EY Transnational Focal Point
    - Coordination of transnational teams & processes
    - EYD esite Management (Teamsite)
    - ISR Knowledge Database creation & management at transnational EY level (IShare)
