My mission is to support the project manager in the following points :
- Project and Ressources organisations (WBS; OBS)
- Planning elaboration and management (dashboard and detailed planning)
- Cost follow-up (EAC, ETC, ordered, etc...)
- Quality management via KPIs
- Risks identification and mitigation
- Communication support preparation for steering group, staff members (CE, CHSCT) and impacted departments (Production, Utilities, etc...) at each project step
- daily board set up
To summurize, my participation to the project is to be able to give a statut on cost, time, quality, ressources and risk, to alert in term of gaps and to work at the pace of project.
