For more than 40 years, GGV has been supporting companies in France and in Germany. Altogether, 100 lawyers working in one of three offices in Paris, Frankfurt and Hamburg.
The Paris office currently counts 20 lawyers and provides legal services mainly for companies with cross-border activities in the areas of French commercial and tax law.
My specialities: commercial, contract and distribution law matters, including litigation.
