    Paris 2011 - maintenant Direct Human Resource activities of a Product business (incl. New Product Development) in 12 countries with ~5,600 employees and revenue of ~2 billion Euros spread across several product portfolios.
    - Adapt Corporate HR policies to align with business priorities and address a changing market and staffing dynamics of the different teams.
    - Advise and coach the executive leaders of the business organizations.
    - Manage and influence the organization design (vision/mission/functional alignment, competencies identification, staffing strategy), staffing of key positions, and transformation and effectiveness programs.
    - Coach and consult team leaders on relationship matters which can include matters related to personal career growth and development.
    - Support the career development for individuals with potential for strong and rapid career advancement at the senior level.
  • Alcatel-Lucent - Technical Career Development Director

    Paris 2009 - 2011 - Responsible for the definition, development and roll-out of a Corporate program to recognize, valorize, develop and retain the employees in technical jobs, worldwide (R&D).
    - Global HR Business Partner of the CTO team of the Networks Group.
  • Alcatel-Lucent - General Program Manager

    Paris 2004 - 2009 Global leadership of customer programs in Africa and in France, for the deployment of Telecom networks (mobile, fixed, submarine) and services contracts up to 700 millions USD.
    Accountable, in front of the customers and in front of the company, for full implementation of the contracts, customer satisfaction and network quality, revenues (up to 260 millions USD yearly), and profitability.
    Managed activities included pre-sales support, project engineering, equipment delivery, integration and logistics, network integration and optimization, maintenance services.
    Lead international teams of engineers and managers up to 200 people.
  • Alcatel - R&D Project Manager

    Paris 2002 - 2004 Lead the definition, development and delivery of new Mobile Radio products (including introduction of 2.5G / EDGE and of localization services).
    Management of teams up to 120 people, spread on 5 sites / 4 countries (France, China, Romania, Germany).
    R&D transformation to set-up of a project organisation more "feature-oriented" ("train model"). Result at delivery : 0 day of delay on all the milestones defined at project launching (on a 18 months development project), while ensuring highest quality and customer satisfaction.
