- Has developed, through 3 different functions (10 years of Research & Development, 6 years of Customer account operational management, and 4 years in Human Resources), a very operational experience of leadership development and coaching, competency modelling and assessing, and facilitation
- Strong experience at managing complex and global (cross-organisational, multi-national) projects and teams, with a high interest in human aspects of management, both individual and collective
- Good communication skills, able and willing to work in a multi-cultural, multi-organisational environment, using communication and empathy to overcome organisational challenges and to resolve conflicts
- Frequent use of negotiation skills and positive crisis management to improve both company results and customer satisfaction level
