    - Guarentee the implementation of the tracking files on Galileo, as well as to evolve.
    - Creation of the documentary system: Methods, Nomenclature, Monitoring plan, product/process FMEA.
    - Establishment of a global capability survey of the plant by taking into account the series and develoment facilities.

    Technical environment:

    - Thermoforming/Welding/Autonomous cutting staion.
    - Foaming/Waterjet/Finishing and assembly station.

    Achievements:

    - Establishment of work instruction and monitoring plan.
    - Implementation of tools workshop: Storage/Identification.
    - Tools optimization: Establishment of action plans and continuous improvement.
    - Fulfill production activities files: Quantity produced, Production times, and Scrap rates.

  • ESAN - Research and Development (Manufacturing laboratory)

    2014 - 2015 Mission:

    Researchand development: Engineer internship in a fabrication laboratory.

    Objective:

    - Animate the research and develoment team.
    - Ensure the progress of projects.
    - Implementation of standards works.
    - Provide training on software (CAD) and facilities (CNC).

    Technical environment:

    - CNC machine.
    - 3D printer.
    - Laser cutting unit.
    - Electronics instrumentation for control.

    Achievements:

    - Setting uponce a week with the line manager: Quality/Cost/Leadtime.
    - Follow-up the progress of each project: Implementation of documention structure and visual management.
    - Referent in the manafacturing laboratory.
    - Optimizing develoment costs and delay.
    - Establishment of specifications and ensure the relationship with suppliers.

  • MARS France - Responsible of production line

    2013 - 2015 Mission:

    Responsible for two packaging line of finished products

    Objective:

    - Check customer satisfaction: Quality product/packaging.
    - Compliance with safety standards (HACCP).
    - Ensure the production organization according to different product references.

    Technical environment:

    - Series product packaging and automated transfer.
    - Automated process: Palletizing and robot.
    - Cutting and welding process.

    Achievements:

    - Ensure customer deliveries by following the production program.
    - Checking product quality and traceability.
    - Parts quick change (SMED).
    - 5S workshop.
