Stephanie SIMONPIETRI

PARIS

En résumé

I am currently Guest Relations coordinator at Hotel Le Bristol in Paris.

I began my career in the hospitality/travel industry as a flight Attendant for Air Canada, I then became an Incharge Flight attendant/Service Director where I was responsible for managing the crew for safety and service in all classes aboard.

I moved to Paris, France in 2008 and decided to undertake a professional reconversion into the Luxury Hotel industry where I could use my customer service skills with the goal of entering into the exciting profession of Guest Relations/customer service management.

I followed with a Guest Relations and conciergerie training program where I finished with an internship in Guest Relations management at the Carlyle Hotel in New York city. From there I was offered a position at Le Bristol Paris where I began as a receptionist. Less than a year later, following exceptional guest feedback I was offered the position of guest relations coordinator that I now occupy.

I am passionate about the Guest relations/ Duty manager role and look very much forward to continuing to refine my skills and experience in the Luxury hotel industry.
