J'ai une expérience de 25 ans à l'international, PME et grands groupes (LVMH/ BNP Paribas) à la fois dans les secteurs de l'industrie (luxe/ textile) et services (banque et assurances).
Depuis 18 ans chez BNP PARIBAS, j' occupe la fonction de Responsable de Projets Senior chez International Retail Banking (BNPP/ IRB) depuis 2007.
J'ai exercé le MANAGEMENT DE PROJETS dans les domaines suivants :
- Commercial (vente, animation et formation), Markerting (operationnel), Communication et IT.
Dans le cadre de la gestion de projets, en plus de mon expérience opérationnelle j'ai une forte appétence pour la coordination, l'organisation et la conduite du changement.
Je parle couramment l'anglais, j'ai un bon niveau en espagnol, des notions en italien et en allemnad.
Dynamique, positive et persévérante, je m'investis dans mes projets.
j'ai une bonne aisance relationnelle et suis particulièrement sensible à la satifaction clients..

    2013 - maintenant Since sept. 2013 Business Project Manager of the back-office tool for the packages (OSP) for both IRB & DOM-POM subsidiaries (individual customers & small businesses).

    * Coordinated & achieved the deployment of the upgrade of the back-office tool with the final go-live in Guinea in Oct. 2014.

    * Led the project on the improvment of the overdraft in the customers' packages, considering compliance requirements & risks.

    * Managed the transversal improvements in the packages.
  • BNP Paribas Group/ International Retail Banking - International Business Project Manager

    2011 - 2013 * Dedicated contact for the Trade Department for IRB subsidiaries (international Corporate Customers) :
    --> Coordinated, organized and followed-up all the subjects linked to the Trade tools.

    * Business Project Manager of the technical upgrade of the back-office tool for International Trade (iVision) :
    --> Led the Group Project in coordiantion with CIB & achieved the deployment of the 1st IRB subsidiary.

    * Business Project Manager of the deployment of the front-office tool for International Trade (Connexis Trade) :
    --> Coordinated the project in Ivory Coast & Algeria.
  • BNP Paribas Group/ International Retail Banking - International Product & Project Manager

    2007 - 2010 MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/ International Individuals & Professional Customers Dept.

    * Implemented, integrated & trained a new savings diagnosis compliance tool "Projets Placements'' for the French Overseas Territories.

    * Managed the implementation of the regulated saving account "Livret A" in the French Overseas Territories.

    * Led & implemented the project of the new release of the savings' editions.

    * Managed crosswise projects and launched new products in Africa & in the French Overseas Territories.

    * Analysed subsidiaries' savings business performances & provided marketing support according to the business needs in collaboration with the Business Development Department.

    * Project « Africa Strategy »: led preliminary studies on the « Low Income » & « Migrants » markets.

    * Project « International Client Approach »: Identified needs & implemented solutions in African subsidiaries.
