    * Assist with the engineering associated with the pre-commissioning activities under direction from the project manager and installation lead engineer.
    * Review and familiarisation of Company required scope of work, project specifications and standards related to pre-commissioning work scopes
    * Develop specific project pre-commissioning method statement including overall philosophy, MDR
    * Prepare scope of work and Invitation To Tender (ITT)
    * Identify the pre-commissioning personnel and equipment list requirement including consumables and spare
    * Participate to project schedule including activity timings for the supply of pre-commissioning services
    * Review of subcontractor proposal and organize clarification meeting with the contract engineer.
    * Prepare subcontractor evaluation and comparison
    * Assist with the selection of pre-commissioning subcontractor.
    * Follow-up with awarded subcontractor (day to day), review of pre-commissioning subcontractor procedures, specific equipment design, as-built documentation and ensure that compliance with the required scope of work and specifications.
    * Coordinate internal and external technical interfaces with project team, pre-commissioning subcontractors, client and third party contractor and report on status of work, potential delays, problems, etc…
    * Attend site survey (lay vessels, platform ) to review pre-com equipment deck layout & utilities requirement, Site Integration Tests (SITs), Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs)
    * Attend subcontractor equipment review prior to mobilisation
    * Ensure subcontractor equipment and personnel are mobilized according to the offshore operation schedule
    * Overseas travel during engineering and offshore installation phases.
    * Follow-up pre-commissioning activities on the work site and report to the offshore construction manager
    * Ensure that safety issues are addressed during the installation engineering

    ** Definition and design of Wellhead and Christmas tree requirements.

    2010 - 2011 : Production monitoring per Deltaic Scale, definition of reservoir pressure unit, production level assessment on existing wells, production profile by well with MBAL, production profile by field with MBAL, future wells validation with associated future stakes, dynamic synthesis and post-mortem studies.


    • Technical monitoring on « operated » and « not-operated » blocks.
    • Supervise the put on production (POP) of new wells, clean-up, Drill Stem Test (DST) and Blowout Preventers tests (BOP) and classical offshore operation.
    • Reservoir and production modelling.
    • Connecting gas in place (CGIP) assessment.
    • Development studies (production profile, planning of development, definition of well architecture, economic aspect).
    • Realization of GASPAL integrated model with: History Matching, Blind test and Forecast to assess incremental reserves associated to new wells.
    • Preparation of « drilling program », « book of reserves » and “well packages”.
    • Optimization of new wells trajectories according to geologist and drillers.
    • Dynamic synthesis to define connections on the very shallow reservoirs.
    • Post-mortem studies and Modular Dynamic Test (MDT) interpretation.
    • Production logging tool (PLT) interpretation and pressure unit definition.
    • Development recommendations to economic partners ( TOTAL (HQ), INPEX (Japan) and local authorities Bp-Migas (Indonesia))
