    Paris 2013 - maintenant Assignment activities consist in controling, monitoring the delivery of an on-going service for DataCenter Management.
    - Reviewed and improved team's processes and procedures.
    - Created a functional administration folder.
    - Increased the quality of the Configuration Management DataBase.
    - Planned and organized a regular visits of the Datacenters.
    - Challenged implementation of ITIL processus in order to ensure that they are realiable and suitable for the team.

    Role activities : Resource management (up to 7FTE). Financial support. KPI monitoring.

  • Accenture Technology Solutions - Chef de projet

    Paris 2009 - maintenant Business Project Manager (BPM) Assistant for the ITSM solution based on HP software's such as Service Manager, Asset Center, Connect-IT and RDS : helps the BPM to handle/oversight the application integrated by HP team and ensures that the solution is compliant with requirements of the Business and aligns with the IT strategy.
    I'm also in charge of the data administration team: the aim is to keep the application’s master data under control and ensures data are up to date with a high level of quality. Data are managed either via interfaces or manual import.

    Role activities : Renewals management (pricing, commercial proposition), Resource management (up to 4FTE). Financial support. KPI monitoring.

    Paris 2008 - 2009 OutSourced application in Manila (Philippines) :
    Requirement analysis, specification writing, testing, application support,...
    - Assists the BPM in the project’s lead and draws up general functional specifications accordingly to the business needs. Coordinates the activities with the Back Office team in Philippines.

    - IT Project Manager since the delivery is off-shored : reviews of the technical design, defines the test plan, organizes and lead the project delivery with the aim of achieving result as regards of quality, cost, delivery and security.

    - Acts as a global L2 support, and in charge of the release management for the application.
