En résumé

After getting some experience in cash management in two large groups (Total and Unibail-Rodamco), I get in Ernst & Young in 2006 in the audit department (statutory audit) and I joined the Transactional Support Department (TS) 5 years ago.

Nowadays, my position is Manager in the TS Department of E&Y in France (Paris) dedicated to middle sized companies, where I am involved in buy-side and sell-side advisory providing financial due diligence services to clients across a large range of industries.

Entreprises

  • Ernst & Young / Transaction services - Manager

    2007 - maintenant - In charge of the financial and accounting due diligence ( buy side) on medium sized acquisitions in various industries ( distribution, production, real estate and services) in France, United Kingdom, Costa Rica and Algeria.
    - Analyze historical performances, calculation on normalized level of EBITDA, net debt analysis, calculation of purchase price adjustments and review of business plans.
    - Lead all due diligences performed by Ernst & Young in Algeria since September 2009.
    - Executed extensive vendor due diligence reports ( sell-side), focused on working capital requirements and cash flows.
    - Manage, support and ensure compliance within audit teams and other related financial departments within projects.

    Selected transactions:
    - Armatis (Service provider) and CM-CIC LBO Partners on the LBO renewal of Armatis - valued at €140m (Closed) (among Top 10 LBO operations in 2012 in France)
    - Acquisition of 100% of Comasec (French PPE manufacturer and its worldwide facilities) by Ansell - valued at €101m (Closed)
    - Carve-out operations of several BU operating in logistics sector in France for an International Group (pending)

  • Ernst & Young / Audit - Junior

    2006 - 2007 - Acquired expertise in financial audit through the participation in statutory and contractual accounting audits, mainly in the real estate sector (Risanamento, Cogifrance, DTZ) and the food sector (Spanish Group Alina)
    - Participated to missions to avoid any risk of fraud for companies in France and in Morocco
    - Trained new hires of audit teams within the new Ernst & Young office opened in Algeria

  • Total SA - Internships for two consecutive years at the back office and the financial communication department

    COURBEVOIE 2006 - 2006 - Back office operations for the trading desk
    - Conducted benchmark analysis on major oil companies, especially on Ethical and Sustainable operations in Africa
