- Project Management of R&D programs within multidisciplinary and multicultural (France – USA) teams
- Management of collaborations and partnerships (including due-diligence tasks)
- Coordination of various Contract Research Organizations
- Coordination of Regulatory Affairs activities
- Responsibilities in Business Development, strategy, finance, intellectual property, Human Resources and Corporate activities
- Reporting responsibilities at the Top Management level (CEO, Management Committee) and to the Board of Directors
SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
- Oncology/hematology, virology (AIDS), immunology and cardiovascular/thrombosis
- Chemical entities, therapeutic proteins, monoclonal antibodies and gene therapy
- Set up and follow up of R&D programs
- Regulatory preclinical development (pharmacology, toxicology, ADME, …)
- Manufacturing and analytics (chemical entities and proteins)
- Development of bioassays for pharmacokinetics and diagnosis
- Writing of publications and reports, presentations and communications
