  Developing HSEQ Plans & programs such as; audits & inspections matrixes, action plans, improvement plans, PPSPS, Suppliers plan
  Hazard Identification and Analysis
  Audits & Inspections (HSEQ Compliances)
  Risk assessment and preventable measures for construction & Commissioning activities
  Incident Investigation & Analysis
  Monitoring, coaching and ensuring the safe and effective compliance with all Group Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and contractual requirements (e.g. Interface Documentation)
  Directing safe and efficient compliance with HSE Regulation, codes, relevant guidance and industry best practice
  Ensure that all accidents and incidents are fully reported, investigated and actioned
  Make planned visits to worksites and carry out regular inspections, assessments and audits in line with Group requirements to recommend improvements and remedial actions, in writing if appropriate
  Attend Safety Meetings and Toolbox Talks to monitor preparation, participation, communication, involvement, accurate recording and that effective remedial action is taken where required
  Monitoring implementation of HSEQ Polices, Plans, Guidelines and Strategies across the Project
  Trainings:
  Safety Induction for all new employees
  Monthly Safety Meeting for Offshore employees
  Annual Safety Campaign Leader
  
  Construction following:
  Kick off meeting and start-up meeting participation
  Daily site monitoring to ensure the site activities are complied with PTW (permit to work system audit)
  Assist operation in preparation of commissioning and start-up procedures
  
  Administration:
  HSEQ procedures creation and update
  Audit Action Plan following
  Weekly and Monthly Reporting to the Head Office
  International and local regulations monitoring
  Annual HSEQ Plan set-up and following
  Risk Assessment Document creation and following (The risks analysis are identified and recorded in Corporate Health Risk Assessment Document)
